School Day Pictures will be Tuesday, Oct. 12 for grades PK-12. If students are absent, they will take retake pictures in December. If parents have not seen a picture flier, please contact the school. Extras will be available in the elementary office the day of pictures. Students will bring reminders home today or Monday.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 12 and Wednesday, Oct. 13 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. Elementary teachers will setup in-person conferences with parents. Parents of students in grades 8-12 are encouraged to come to the high school and meet with the child's teachers either night; parents of students in grades 8-12 may contact teachers to set up a designated time if needed.

Just a reminder that ALL students in grades 5-7 must have a negative test result to return to school before Monday, Oct. 11. Parents may send the negative test result with the student tomorrow or text a copy of the negative test result to 405-230-0965. Mrs. Jacobson will have her phone at home to respond to your text message. Thank you for your help with helping us meet the guidelines.

Paper pencil packets will be ready for students in grades 5-7 to pick up after 12:30 pm on Monday, Oct. 4.

Covington-Douglas canceled the JH Football Game scheduled for tomorrow night. We will let parents know if and when it can be rescheduled.

Parents we have a middle school staff person who has tested positive for Covid. Students in grades 5-7 will be quarantined. Mrs. Ritter is calling parents of students in grades 5-7 who were affected. Students may test on Tuesday and return on Wednesday with a negative test result. Otherwise, they will quarantine until Monday, Oct. 11. Mr. Zink is highly RECOMMENDING that all teachers and students wear masks at this time. The 8th and 9th Grade Football Players will play the JH Football Game at Covington-Douglas Monday, Oct. 4 as scheduled.

Homecoming Activities for Friday night will start at 6:00pm. If it is raining, they will be conducted in the New Gym. Those involved (queen and king candidates, attendants, flower girl and crown bearer) need to be at the New Gym by 5:30 pm to take pictures. The game will start at 7:00pm.

Parents sorry for the late notice. With the phone and internet problems, I forgot that Mrs. Ritter asked me to post that Elementary will have BLUEJACKET BUZZ tomorrow at 9:00am in the New Gym. There will be no BREAKFAST WITH A BUDDY. Parents need to go to the New Gym for the Bluejacket Buzz.

The CLM PTA meeting will be tonight, Sept.28th at 6pm. in the cafeteria.

FFA Members and Parents, October 14th (Thursday) is the due date for Sheep, Goats, and Cattle nomination money. Cost: $20.00 per kit; 1 kit per animal. Kits will be picked up and distributed on the 18th (Monday) Thank you, Mr.Dunn

Reminder: Tomorrow at 7pm in the AG Classroom there will be a swine exhibitors meeting, if you are showing or interested in showing pigs this year you and a parent need to be present.

To the parents who ordered high school team pictures and individual junior high pictures, the high school team will be taking a new picture as players have been added to the team; the junior high boys want to take pictures without their helmets on as you cannot see their faces. I will be taking these pictures next week. For those who ordered high school individual only pictures, I will print those this weekend. Again, softball team pictures are available for high school and junior high. I am printing those orders this weekend also. Thank you for your patience.
