Kicking off the 2025-26 school year with new teacher orientation. Exciting times at Coyle Public Schools!
The CPS Board has renewed the C.E.P. Child Nutrition program which will allow ALL COYLE STUDENTS to eat FREE for the 2025-2026 school year. Another benefit of this program is there is NO need to collect free/reduced child nutrition applications.
Student enrollment for the upcoming school year is well underway and staff will be on hand until 7pm tonight in the High School to help if needed. Tomorrow enrollment will be from 7am to 1pm in the High School. We will not be able to enroll students on August 11th durning Meet the Teacher which is from 5pm to 7pm.
JUST A REMINDER THAT THE STUDENTS WHO ARE IN HOPE SQUAD WILL HAVE THEIR LAST CAMP THIS FRIDAY, AUGUST 8 FROM 9:00AM TO 4:00PM. WE NEED ALL STUDENTS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE SO WE CAN BE PREPARED FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR. DONUTS FOR BREAKFAST AND WALKING TACOS FOR LUNCH.
In July the Coyle Board of Education adopted the new district-wide policy aimed at helping avoid student distractions allowing them to be better focused and engaged in their educational process.
The Policy: In accordance with a new state law (SB139), from the first bell to the last, students will be required to keep personal devices - Phones, Smartwatches, and earbuds turned off and putt away. This includes passing periods and other transitional times throughout the school day.
Exceptions will be made for medical monitoring, emergencies and school-approved educational uses.
Devices will still be allowed on buses.
This is new to us all and there will be some adjusting but students will be updated on the first day of school on where and how to store their personal devices and the consequences of not following the policy. We look forward to working with you in implementing this change for the safety and well being of our campus and its students.

The start of the new school year is approaching quickly, if you are in need of help with enrollment or needing to bring in a copy of proof of residency or other enrollment documents the office will have extended hours to assist. We will be open Monday August 4th 12pm-7pm, and Tuesday August 5th 7am-1pm.

Summer Pride!! Just a reminder that Summer Pride starts tomorrow morning for all Coyle High School Athletes!! See you at the gym 7:30-9:00 AM.
ALL buildings for Coyle Public Schools will be closed from Tuesday, July 1 through Sunday, July 6 so that exterior metal buildings may be painted, and the floors in the buildings can be waxed. The school will re-open for business on Monday, July 7 at 9:00am. Have a GREAT 4TH OF JULY!! Please remember to support the Coyle Bluejackets by buying your fireworks from them at Smokin' Joe's in Stillwater at 616 W. Range Road.
