We have been in contact with the Logan County Commissioner and have a few roads that are closed due to flooding or washouts. This will cause some delays this afternoon with routes as well as in the morning.

If you receive an email from Mrs Jacobson (aka: Gayla) please don't open it. Google has been breached and we are working toward a solution.

Parents--Just in case you did not notice it on the school calendar, the Awards Ceremony for Grades 8-12 will be this Thursday, May 8 at 1:30pm in the gym.
Senior Parents for part of the decoration at graduation, each senior will have their own table to decorate with school memories, pictures, trophies, etc. (PK-12). They may share a table with a classmate if they wish. Please bring everything to school the night of Baccalaureate so that students may decorate their tables after the Awards Ceremony Thursday afternoon.
SENIORS--Just a reminder that you will need to have your cap and gown at school as soon as possible if you want Ms. Smith to steam and press it for Thursday. You will wear your caps and gowns at the Bluejacket Buzz on Thursday as you sit with the Prekindergarten class. It will begin promptly at 9:00am. You will meet in Ms. Smith's room that morning for Advisory. Then, you will go over to the gym where your caps and gowns will be, and you will put your caps and gowns on in the gym so you can walk in with the little ones. After Bluejacket Buzz, Mrs. Larman will take pictures of both groups. She will do the littles first so that they can be excused. After they leave, she will take senior group in caps and gowns and then individuals who want their pictures taken. There is no charge for these pictures. They will be in your graduation packets when you pick them up the first part of June. You may have your cords and stoles here to wear if you want for the individual pictures.

Juniors and Seniors coming to the Coyle Jr/Sr Prom at The Range---With the rain, McElroy Road is washed out in a couple of places just before the bridge. Students, parents, staff, etc. please be very careful when you make the turn from Range Road to the right onto McElroy. If this is a problem for your vehicle, you can go another mile east on Hiway 51 and make a left at Country Club Intersection. You would turn left onto McElroy Road (Huge Catholic Church on your right). Again, there are some potholes, but they are a little more manageable. DO NOT for any reason try to take Lakeview Road tonight to Range Road. This weekend is the annual Calf Fry. That road will be back to back traffic.

Bond Issue 2025 is ten days out. Make plans to vote and tell a friend. For more infomation visit www.coyle.k12.ok.us

Again, a huge THANK YOU TO THE JUNIOR PARENTS FOR STEPPING UP AND HELPING US ALL YEAR.

The 5th/6th grade track meet scheduled for tomorrow (4/30) at Covington-Douglas has been canceled due to weather.
With proximity to upcoming tests and the end of the school year, there will be no rescheduling.
