STUDENTS, PARENTS AND STAFF—just a reminder that tomorrow is Spring Picture Day! We will start at 9:00am with Prekindergarten. Grades PK-12 will take pictures.

Scrimmage for High School Baseball at 4:30 against Agra today has been canceled. There is a new game for only High School Baseball, Monday February 26th at Ripley starting at 4:30. Come out and support our student athletes!

The Coyle-Langston-Meridian PTA would like to invite everyone to dress up like a 100 yr old on the 100th day of school on February 27th. The PTA will have a school wide activity and treat for each student.

I am attaching the Spring Picture Order form to this posting. If you cannot access it on Facebook, you can go to our school website and scroll down to LiveFeed under Events. Right-click on the images, you should be able to save them and then print them. Again, these pictures will be taken on Monday, February 26 starting at 9:00am with Prekindergarten. We will take PK-12.

Baseball Season is upon us! High School has their first Scrimmage this week. Friday February 23 at the Coyle Baseball Field starting at 4:30 pm against Agra. Come support your Coyle Bluejackets!

Ok, I am still not with it. Please ignore the message about Spring Pictures. It is still late notice as I had intended to send this yesterday. The CORRECT PICTURE DATE IS FEBRUARY 26, but that is NEXT MONDAY not this Thursday. I will post the flier tomorrow, and they will be sent home with students tomorrow. Sorry for ALL of the confusion. PARENTS—SORRY FOR THE LATE, LATE NOTICE. I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS. THIS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 26 is SPRING PICTURE DAY. As in the past, they will take each student’s picture and then photoshop all of them into a class group picture. I will send picture envelopes home tomorrow. I will also post the flier, so you will have access to it if your student does not bring it home. Again, my apologies for such late notice. Coyle Grad in the News!! Miss Lacy Rapp, valedictorian of the Coyle Class of 2023, continues to win honors. In her first year at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, she was crowned the 2024 Basketball Queen at the NOC basketball game on Thursday, February 15. Congratulations Lacy!! Coyle is PROUD of you.

February 23rd will be a Virtual Day to make up for the January 22nd Snow Day. This will be our last virtual day of the year, weather pending.

Recently the Coyle Board of Education called for an April 2, 2024 bond election. This bond election is a NO TAX INCREASE. The purpose of this bond is for maintenance and repairs to the High School, Cafeteria and part of the Elementary school roofs. This bond will also update and remodel the existing cafeteria and several of the bathrooms in those locations. There will be more information and renderings coming out in the next few weeks through social media, on our website, and mailers. If you are not registered to vote please stop by the school or post office and pick up an application. CONGRATULATIONS TO ASHLEE DEMOSS!!!! Ashlee was the 2nd Place Winner at the FCCLA Regional Star Competitive Events in Woodward for the North 4 District. Ashlee is a member of the Coyle FCCLA Chapter; the advisor is Ms. Dawna Smith.

Coyle High School basketball teams will start districts tomorrow, February 9th in Drummond. Girls will play at 6:00PM and the boys at 7:30PM

This week is National School Counseling Week and we would like to give a big shout out to Ms Maggie Wade! Ms Wade serves in both our Elementary and High School. Thank you for all you do for our students at Coyle and Happy Birthday!
