Dear Coyle School Family— we have a family who has lost everything in a fire a few hours ago at Langston. Here are clothing sizes for the children: 24 months—little girl; size 4 in diapers—young girl clothes Size 7/8 shoe size 2—youngest boy clothes 10/12 shoe size 5–middle boy clothes 12/14 shoe size 7–oldest boy clothes Men’s Large shoe size 13. Please check with the school tomorrow about other needs as several groups are putting things together for this family. They lost everything they had. So we will be doing a more extensive list; please watch for it.

Joaquin Amaro, Coyle: Joaquin is one of Coyle's valedictorians for the 2024 class and carries a 4.15 GPA. He is also the class president and the vice president of the student council. In addition to his high school accolades, Joaquin has also taken 27 hours of concurrent college credit at Redlands Community College. He is active in football, basketball baseball and track.

HS STUCO is sponsoring their annual Spring Blood Drive on Thursday, March 14 from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM in the School Library. Sign-up is available at obi.org or in the High School in front of Mr. Weathers' office. If we have at least 18 donors, we receive a donation for the Coyle-Langston-Merdian PTA in addition to the lives that will be saved with your blood donation. In addition to a t-shirt, you will also receive one free entry to the OKC Zoo with your blood donation.
Just a reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences are tonight and tomorrow night from 4:00-7:00PM. Make plans now to come visit with teachers. The Book Fair will also be open both nights.

Sorry for all of the notifications, HS Baseball games this weekend will be played in Velma, not Marlow. The address is 901 Main St Velma, OK. Same times as I posted about earlier, 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
Due to the weather, HS Baseball games for this weekend in Marlow have been pushed back 2 hours. Friday March 1st we now play at 6:00 and 8:00 pm. As of right now, Saturday March 2nd, those games are the same, playing at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Blue Jacket Buzz was a huge success. Thanks to all the parents and students participating. We handed out awards for the Students of the Month, 3rd and 4th grade boys basketball, AR goal certificates and our teachers were awarded $8,769.24 from the CLM PTA, the Coyle School Foundation and Oklahoma Community Credit Union as grant awards. These grants will help cover expenses for reward trips, new technology, classroom supplies, curriculum and physical education equipment. Thank you to these groups for your support.
The CLM PTA hosted a bluejacket search on Tuesday, we hid 100 bluejackets in each school, the students got to search and find them. The senior class in the HS building won the hunt and a three way tie between the 3rd grades, 4th grade, and 7th grade! Those classes will be receiving donuts next week from the PTA.
All students received a 100 days smarter package of smarties, which granny Wray Larman and granny Mrs. Holly handed out. Photos of the festivities on the live feed and on Facebook.
The High School Baseball games at Ripley on March 8th are canceled.
Come cheer your Coyle Bluejackets on at Marlow, OK this weekend as we go to the Bray-Doyle Festival! We play at 4:00 pm against Rush and 6:00 pm against Bray-Doyle March 1st. March 2nd we play at 11:00 am against Maysville and 1:00 pm against Velma-Alma.
