Last night, December 19, was Joe Atkinson Night at Coyle Public Schools. Joe was honored at halftime of the girls’ basketball game for his accomplishments in basketball while he was a Coyle Bluejacket (1978-1981), at OSU from 1981-1985, and his time in the NBA. Joe still continues to impact Coyle Basketball as he coaches the 3rd and 4th Grade Little Dribblers. Thank you Joe for all you have done and continue to do for Coyle Public Schools.

Yesterday our staff rounded out the semester with some professional development, presents and a lunch sponsored by our administration team and prepared by Adriana Guerra Muzquiz. We also tallied the voting for our Coyle Teachers and Support staff members of year. Our High School representative is Mrs Aleshia Graham, Middle School/Elementary is Ms Ashley Kennedy and our Support Team member is Ms Christie Calvert. They will be recognized at the Coyle Foundation Gala in April. Congratulations and thank you to all that have supported our school this semester. #StrengtheningTheHive
