Menus have been posted for the month of August. They can be found under Dining on the website menu and school app. In addition, the school calendar has been updated with athletic schedules, school board meetings, FFA activities, school pictures, PTA meetings, and Coyle School Foundation activities. Please contact the administration if you have something that needs added to the school calendar.
Two items for parents and students: 1)Bus route changes will start Monday, August 17. Times will vary; the driver will know more about this after he drives the route. 2)Parents and Students who drive to school--The City of Coyle installed new stop signs at Lee and Cottingham, Lee and Asp, and at Lee and Iowa. We have several students who walk to and from school in addition to people in town who walk for exercising. Drive carefully. Please keep in mind that streets in Coyle have a 25MPH speed limit. In the school zone, it is 15MPH.

Fast Pitch Fall Softball Junior High and High School Parents, we have posted the NEW revised schedule on the school website under Athletics.

Coyle Schools is having a Drop Off Supplies To Teachers Night this year for those parents who do not want to send them to school with students on the first day. This will be held on Thursday, August 6 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on the outside high school basketball court and the pavilions instead of our regular Meet Your Teacher Night. We are recommending that masks be worn. Parking will not be allowed in this area for safety concerns. Please park in the parking lots across from the elementary and high school. No visitors will be allowed in the buildings.

Parents please make sure you have finished enrolling your children by Monday, August 3. We are trying to compile class rosters for teachers as they report on August 5 to prepare for the new year officially. Most have already been working to get ready. If you are still having problems, please contact Mrs. Larman at 405-612-0467.

Juniors and Seniors who want to enroll in college classes MUST contact Mrs.Larman ASAP. Parents and Guardians of our students--our NEW enrollment process is a pilot training program for our Student Information System. We volunteered to be a part of this program so we could help work out the bugs for them. We have already identified some. Please work with us and be patient as we work to solve them with the company. Other districts will benefit from this next year. If you have not received an email from Wengage, please contact us immediately. Some were entered wrong and some have changed. The Activation Code was supposed to be sent by regular mail. This morning Mrs. Larman and Mrs. Ritter have been emailing those letters to the email addresses on file. Please let us know if you do not receive them or if you have any problems. You will need proof of residency to enroll. You can take a picture of a utility bill that shows your physical address and upload it.
Athletic Schedules for HS/JH Fast Pitch Softball, HS Football, HS Basketball, and JH/Elementary Basketball have been posted under the Athletic Heading on the school website. JH Football will be added next week. Those who are using their cell phones to access the Coyle Re-Entry Plan for this school year may now find it under the Calendar Heading on the school website also. On some phones, the District Information Heading would not let you scroll far enough down to access it.
Today parents will receive an email from noreply@wengage.com with instructions on setting up an account for enrollment. Activation codes are given to us and will be mailed out today. When you get your activation code in the mail, you can finish setting up your account. DO NOT DELETE THE EMAIL AS THIS WILL START THE ENTIRE PROCESS OVER.

Coyle Public Schools will start online enrollment for grades K-12 tomorrow using our Student Information System. Mrs. Long will do an automatic email using parents/guardians emails that we have in the system. Please check your email accounts tomorrow evening or Thursday morning as the instructions for enrollment will be emailed to you. You will need to follow the instructions carefully. If you do not have access to internet/wifi or a device to use for enrollment, you may call the school at 405-466-2242 X300 and make an appointment to come to the school to use a device to enroll. Please have your email information with you as you will need it. If you no longer use that email account, or you do not know which account we have on record, please call the school at 405-466-2242 300.
The re-entry plan for Coyle Public Schools has been published on the school website, http://coyle.k12.ok.us. Patrons need to click on the MENU tab in the upper right hand corner. When the MENU opens, look for the heading District Information. It should be in the middle of your screen, but each computer is different. Under the heading, you will see the link to Coyle Re-Entry Plan 20-21. If you are using the Coyle School App, go to Documents, scroll down to District Information, and it will be listed there. You may download the Coyle School App for FREE using the App Store or Google Play--search for Coyle Public Schools, OK.
