From Coach Cooper: If you are going to watch the HS Football game @ Waukomis this afternoon , you need to take lawn chairs to sit in to watch the game. Kickoff is at NOON. Coach Cooper. apologizes for the late notice, he just found out.

We will observe Red Ribbon Week from October 28-31 school wide. The theme this year is "LIFE IS A MOVIE, FILM DRUG FREE." High School Student Council (HS STUCO) has events planned each day for grades PK-12. Dress up days are Monday: "Shine Bright Like Stars" - Wear your NEON colors, your future is bright without drugs. Tuesday: "Twin Day" - Dress like twins and keep others drug free. Wednesday: "Education is the Key" - Team up against drugs, wear your favorite college shirt/hoodie. Thursday: "Give Drugs a Fright" - Students wear costumes and/or dress in a crazy, wacky wardrobe. NO MASKS ALLOWED. There will be small prizes daily for all students as we pledge to be drug free.


Reminder that tonight at 7pm in the Elementary is a meeting of the Coyle School Foundation. On the agenda for tonight are teacher/educational grants and implementing a Coyle School Foundation Hall of Fame Award. Come out and help us support your school and community.


Parent - Teacher Conference are again tonight. There is currently "No Waiting" for most teachers. 4pm to 7pm.

Fall Break is October 16-18.

For those attending the Coyle-Waukomis game in Waukomis this Thursday at noon, we have been asked to let you know that the visitor seating is under repair and will not be available. Please bring a lawn chair for your comfort. Go Bluejackets!

Parents, just a reminder that next Monday, October 14 and next Tuesday, October 15 are Parent-Teacher Conferences from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM each night. Parents of students in Prekindergarten through 4th Grade should have appointment times. Please contact your child's teacher if you did not receive an appointment time. Students in Grades 5-12 are encouraged to come visit with the Middle School and High School Teachers at their convenience either night. THERE IS NO SCHOOL WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, OR FRIDAY(OCT. 16-18) AS THOSE DAYS ARE FALL BREAK.

Remember the Coyle School Foundation is hosting a Corn Hole Tournament at 10:00am this Saturday, Oct. 12. That afternoon at 2:00pm, they will have a Volleyball Tournament. Later that evening at 5:30pm, they will have their annual BBQ Dinner followed by the Pie Auction in the School Cafeteria. ALL FUNDS RAISED FROM THESE EVENTS GOES DIRECTLY TO SUPPORT COYLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS. PLEASE COME AND SUPPORT OUR SCHOOL FOUNDATION AND OUR BLUEJACKET STUDENTS.
