As we prepare for our upcoming classroom parties, we wanted to remind you of a few important details to ensure the celebrations run smoothly.
We welcome and encourage family participation in our classroom parties, as these events are special moments where snacks and activities are planned for the students in class. However, if you choose to bring siblings to the party, please note that there may not be enough snacks to accommodate additional children. You are welcome to bring extra snacks for them if you wish. We kindly ask that you supervise any young guests closely throughout the event. This will help ensure that the focus remains on the students in the classroom and that activities run smoothly for everyone.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Our goal is to make these events enjoyable and safe for all participants, and your support is essential in making that happen.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, we look forward to celebrating with you soon!
We have provided dates so that our families can plan in advance as well as sign up to help serve, wipe desks and empty trash etc. Teachers will let you know in advance when and how to sign up for grades pre-k thru 3rd, because of classroom sizes we are only taking 1 to no more than 5 parent volunteers per party. This will be at the teachers discretion. We will be sure to rotate volunteers so that all have an opportunity to help.
Pre-k thru 3rd grade parties will be from 1:45-2:45 and if 4th-8th decide to have a party it will be 2:15-3:00 with students only in attendance.
Remember that all food products brought in to our school must be store bought in pre-packaged unopened packages. As an allergy aware school, we would like to make our community mindful of the fact that we have students that are allergic to eggs and peanuts. Please be conscientious of our students with food allergies.
Additionally, we will NOT be celebrating individual student birthdays in the classroom, but will celebrate and recognize the birthdays at Blue Jacket Buzz. Instead, we will focus on celebrating together during the following designated holidays:
• Halloween Party- October 30
• Christmas Party- December 18th
• Valentines Party- February 11th
• 100th Day of School- January 22nd (only select classes choose to participate).

Coyle FCCLA went to LEAD Conference Officer Training today in Enid, OK. Students learned skills that will be beneficial to our Coyle FCCLA Chapter this year.

To enhance school security we have added a new check-in feature called Visitor Aware at each main building entry. This not only adds a level of security to our buildings for our students and staff but also helps us better track attendance and movement throughout the buildings.
What this means for parents and guardians:
As you enter each site there is a kiosk mounted on the wall that you will check in on. You will need your state issued photo id the first time you check-in. This first time will take a minute or two but after that it will be just a few click and you will be checked in. If you have any questions please ask our Front Office staff.

Just a reminder for high school students--tomorrow is Dirty Soda Wednesday!! Bring your money and enjoy a cold dirty soda during lunch. See the Junior Class under the east pavilion.
LAST HOME GAME!! Come out and cheer on the Lady Bluejackets as they wrap up the regular season for Fast-Pitch. Tonight is also Senior Night!! NO CHARGE ADMISSION.
It is time for the fall High School STUCO Blood Drive. Our blood drive will be on Wednesday, September 30 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm in the Coyle School Library. You may sign up in the high school outside of Mr. Dent's office or online at obi.org.
Just wanted to take the time to give a HUGE shout out for the students who worked the OSU Football game today. It was a great win for OSU, but our Bluejackets worked hard in the concession stands providing drinks and food. In all of the years, I have been going with students over there--today was a first. Time delay of an hour and a half--and we were swamped. I just knew we had fed everyone and halftime would be slow. No, it was just as busy. We sold until we didn't have anything left to sell. Parents--your kids made us proud to be BLUEJACKETS!! Thank you for letting them go and help today!
Our monthly 4-H meeting is this Tuesday, September 15th at 6 pm!! We will be meeting at a special location, St. Francis of the Woods, at their walking trail to explore our natural environment and learn about the local flora!! The path is shaded, but bring bug spray!!
Also, if anyone wants to design our yearly 4-H shirt, bring your design to the meeting!!
High School students working at OSU on Saturday need to be at the high school by 7:15am. We have to be there by 8:00.
